Task-Level Analysis for an
Uncertain Landscape.
The Resilience Matrix exists because the AI career conversation lacks specificity. Headlines cite large numbers like “85 million jobs displaced” without telling you which parts of YOUR job are actually changing. We built a research-backed, task-level analysis that aims to separate signal from noise.
The Origin Story
The Resilience Matrix started with a simple observation: every AI-and-jobs study agrees that automation happens at the task level, not the job level. A “Software Engineer” who spends their day on system architecture has a completely different AI exposure profile than one writing boilerplate CRUD endpoints. Yet every tool on the market gives you a single number for your job title.
We thought that was an opportunity to do better. Oversimplified answers create either false panic or false comfort. So we built an engine that reads YOUR actual job description, breaks it into individual tasks, and scores each one against the latest AI capability research.
Research Foundation
This isn't vibes-based analysis. The scoring engine synthesizes findings from over 30 peer-reviewed papers and institutional reports:
Eloundou et al.
GPTs are GPTs: E0/E1/E2 exposure taxonomy for task automation potential
Brynjolfsson & Mitchell
Suitability for Machine Learning: 8-factor rubric for task automability
Autor Task Framework
Routine vs. nonroutine, cognitive vs. manual classification of work
IMF AI Exposure Model
Complementarity quadrants mapping exposure against human augmentation
METR Evaluations
Frontier model capability benchmarks and domain doubling rate data
O*NET Occupational Data
Task-level grounding against 1,000+ standardized occupation profiles
Every analysis runs through a deterministic pipeline: temperature 0, fixed seed, no randomness. The same input always produces the same output. And we recalibrate monthly against the latest frontier model releases and research publications.
The Whole Human
Our emblem is a human figure made of fingerprint lines. A fingerprint is the most human thing there is: unique to you, impossible to replicate, formed by forces no algorithm can reproduce. Identity at the most fundamental level. That image is the idea this entire company is built on.
We called our framework the Human Skillprint because that's what it maps: the professional equivalent of a fingerprint. The pattern of human capabilities that no two people share in exactly the same way. Your Skillprint captures what makes you irreplaceable, down to the individual tasks where your judgment, empathy, and creativity are the thing that actually matters.
The Skillprint maps your role across five dimensions we call EPOCH, the capabilities that define the whole human at work:
Empathy
Emotional intelligence & relationships
Presence
Physical co-location & embodiment
Opinion
Judgment under ambiguity
Creativity
Novel ideation & expression
Hope
Vision-setting & leadership
The H stands for Hope. The capacity to envision what doesn't yet exist, to lead people through uncertainty, to give work meaning that outlasts any quarterly metric. Hope is what makes someone start a company, mentor a junior colleague, or redesign a broken system instead of walking away. AI will not simulate it today, because it requires believing in a future you can't calculate.
That's what this tool is ultimately about: potential. Every role has tasks that machines will absorb. What matters is what remains. The judgment, the creativity, the relationships, the vision. The parts of work that are deeply, irreducibly human. We built The Resilience Matrix to help you see those parts clearly, so you can invest in them with confidence, even when the landscape is shifting beneath your feet.
Resilience isn't the same as productivity. The tasks that make you most efficient are often the first AI can replace. The tasks that make you most valuable are the ones that require the whole human: empathy and judgment and creative risk-taking, all at once. The Skillprint shows you where that value lives.
What We Believe
AI replaces tasks, not jobs. The distinction matters.
Specificity is more useful than headlines. Clarity creates action.
Resilience comes from understanding where your human value actually lies.
The best career strategy is investing in the skills AI can't replicate.
Deterministic, research-backed scoring beats vibes and hot takes.
See where your irreplaceable value lies.
